Sneak Peek...

I just learned that a piece I created in honor of my Son's wedding will be featured in the upcoming December issue of Create & Decorate. It should be hitting the shelves any day now... just in time for their first anniversary. Here's a sneak peek...

Tip of the day... use all those leftover letter stickers as masks! I used Krylon's Brushed Metallic Paints over the masked letters, which were positioned on the beveled sides of very large wall monogram letters, then peeled them away to reveal the sentiment. Find the details in the magazine.

Looks very cleverly realised.

Hi Roxi!

I absolutely love your Wedding Monograms....so much that I would love to make them for my own living room (the walls are now bare and have been since we moved in 7 years ago....I've just been waiting for the right inspiration, and your project is it!!!). I did have a question, however...do you have a source for the monogram letters? Yours are so lovely...I've done a search and can't find anything like them (could be my lack of computer skills too).

Thanks for any help you can give me!

Marlaine... I purchased these monogram letters from Hobby Lobby. They cost about $10 each, but quite often go on sell for 50% off. So glad you love the project! It was a lot of fun to make and a great way to use up old stickers!
